A Memorable Day at the Omotenashi Workshop
My colleagues and I participated in the Omotenashi workshop – a professional customer service training program organized by our company.

The session not only provided practical knowledge but also delivered many enjoyable experiences. From initial nervousness, we quickly immersed ourselves in the lively and engaging atmosphere, thanks to the instructor’s dedication.
